Misuzu OOYAMA
Misuzu Ooyama is an elderly landlord who lives in an apartment building in the city of Yokohama. She is a kind and caring woman who is always willing to help her tenants. She is also a bit of a gossip, and she loves to keep up with all the latest news and gossip in the neighborhood.
One day, a new tenant moves into the building. His name is Hei, and he is a member of the Black Knights, a secret organization that fights against the government. Misuzu is initially suspicious of Hei, but she soon warms up to him and becomes his friend.
Hei often comes to Misuzu for advice and help, and she is always there for him. She is a wise and understanding woman, and she helps Hei to see the world in a new way.
One day, Hei is forced to go on the run from the government. He hides out in Misuzu's apartment, and she helps him to escape. The government eventually catches up to Hei, and he is forced to leave the city.
Misuzu is sad to see Hei go, but she knows that he has to do what he has to do. She is proud of him for fighting for what he believes
